Management Trainees: Every year we recruit a small, select and gifted team of Management Trainees for our tea estates. We spend time and resources on training the new Trainees who come from all backgrounds. Career advancement is carefully monitored by us as we expect each of them to one day manage one of the Company's internationally renowned tea estates, with direct responsibility for the estates' success and the welfare of the families and communities associated with it.
